  I Called these people about a small stain in the corner of a room. The guy on the first call was super helpfull and said oh yeah we will send someone to do an obligation free quote tomorrow after 5. Takes down my number and address, the next day Im at work in the middle of an important job and some foriegn accented guy (not the guy I spoke to calls me) and starts banging on about the carpet, not even close to the appointment time. He then goes on to tell me its going to be a $110 dollar fee just to come look at the job, and when I said thats a bit steep starts going on about what has to be done to clean the carpet (how complecated it is ect, hasnt even seen it at this point). $110 dollars, like wtf Im just after a quote at this time and your calling me at work, besides I was told clearly it would be a free quote. So I hung up after politely explaining i'll go find someone whilling to provide the free quote. The next morning In busy again, And this joker rings back, banging on about how he got it wrong and he can come and look for free, There are Several points Id like to make here, 1 I had an arranged time for the issue to be delt with, and had arranged a mate to help me clear the room for it to take place. 2 I was told it was to be an abligation free quote, 3 $110 is the price youd expect to get a house full of carpet cleaned for in total (not just have it looked at) oh that'd be $110 thanks wtf.. 4 both times he called me at times when it was not convienient having been asked when is best for me ect. 5 This lack of communication in this business is garbage, and how can they expect to get any jobs with a SYSTEM like this.. I wont be calling them back, because even without even seeing anyone or anything done, the first impression is these people are idiots, $110 bucks to come look at a stain in my carpet? wow. go away idiot kinda reaction.. very unproffessional.
