  A rear experience of good old fashion service.
  The experience was welcoming, professional, thorough & helpful.
  Laurent who we did sale process was fantastic & very helpful, Anthony who handled our insurance was very thorough & again no pressure. Mandy customer care was the same. Nothing was too much trouble.Highly recommend all concerned. Thankyou.

  Massive shout out to Beachside Volkswagen. I wandered in looking for a used car, not really knowing what I wanted. Met Lachie and he was so helpful, friendly and not a "pushy car salesperson" like I have experienced in the past. I was so impressed with the time he took to help and his easy going personality. We had quite a few laughs which made me feel very relaxed through the whole process. I found a car that I just loved. The next step was finance. Antony was also very friendly and easy to talk to. The process was straight forward and he took my annoying phone calls with a calm and friendly attitude. He was having a crazy busy week but nothing was too much. Thank you so much to the both of you for making the whole experience such an enjoyable and exciting one. I highly recommend Beachside Volkswagen.

  Peninsula Volkswagen Frankston is amazing. I went along the entire street of Car Yards which are all next to each other which is handy. However what stood out about Peninsula Volkswagen was the staff.
  
  I highly recommend Kevin who is the car salesman I bought my car from. In the weeks since I started looking for a car to when I finally narrowed down my search Kevin would correspond with me the entire time not only meeting my expectations but exceeding them.
  
  I had been very particular and picky about what I wanted. Kevin with my help was able to make a short list of what was needed in my dream car. He matched all the requirements I needed. Thumbs up also to Cedric who also was extremely friendly and helpful as was Troy. If you're looking for a car all I would say is go inside and check it out for yourself. Thanks again to Kevin! I will recommend you to my friends when they are after a new car.
