A really fast response even during the COVID 19 closure and they went out of their way to do all they could to assist me. I totally recommend Hoskings and will continue to shop with them.

I was treated as if I could not afford anything in the store. I felt like an inconvenience the entire time. I asked for the price and Helen screwed her face up when answering my question as though I wouldn’t be able to afford a $99 necklace. At the counter I was asked if I had another gift card as if I wouldn’t be able to pay for the remaining $50 of my necklace after using my first voucher. After that she disregarded us and continued chatting with her fellow colleague
