When I walked back for my booking I was told to wait another 15 minutes. 20 minutes later I told them to cancel my booking. If I make an appointment I expect them to keep it, I have a busy life and to be delayed is unacceptable. There was no seating while I was waiting for my haircut. Learn some basic customer service skills, I'm very dissapointed and I won't be going back.

My appointment was booked for 6pm, when I walk in at 5:50pm the staff in the store are talking to each other and swearing in their conversation while I'm in the store. I then go to tell them I have an appointment for 6pm and the one staff member tells me that I'm too early and that the woman that will be doing my hair is still on break. She then tells me to leave and come back later. When I get back the staff were very rude to me and said they were unable to do my hair and that it is too long for them to do. I just wanted a blow wave and straighten and they were not able to give me what I asked for. I do not recommend this place, very rude unprofessional staff members, seems like they have little experience with hair, especially with long thick curly hair like mine.
