1. The adjoining mall is open till 530pm
2. Google lists the store open until 6pm
3. Gloria Jean's own website lists the store open until 6pm
Seems like no one actually knows what's going on.
Why anyone would bother with Gloria Jean's is beyond me. They think they are a Starbucks, but operate as a local mum and dad store. - A S Added May 25, 2022★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'm beyond sick of the barista calling out the drinks instead of the customers name. Even a child could understand that this will cause mixed up drinks and a lot of confusion. I honestly thought that this would've changed since this has been going on since 2016

Didn't inform me when my coffees were ready, not interested in customers only interested in talking to each other. Will be informing all my social media friends of my experience.

My Hot drink is always the right temperature and so smooth to drink. Thank you to the staff for always making me a satisfied customer whenever I come around.
