I always leave feeling better than when I get there. More confident, more equipped, more proud. What a privelege to train under Billy. Krav Maga is the best thing I've started in my adult life. Never too late!

I started training in Karate and kickboxing at Energym when I was 6 years old, I am now 23 and the values Billy and Simone instilled in me have stayed with me throughout my life. There is nothing else like it at other gyms (I looked when I moved away and drive all the way back to Seaford just to go to this gym). I have been attending the same classes for over 16 years! Marianne is the BEST instructor you could find!
