  Great staff but the quality of the shoes was not great. The shoes I bought fell apart after 1-2 months with only medium wear. Only recommend getting genuine leather shoes from here, anything else is not worth the expense.

  Amazing customer service yesterday when I was in store! I was trying to find boots and found some I liked but not in my size. The staff member was super lovely and offered to try in a larger size to get a feel for them in store and that she would search if their factory had some available. They did and she said they should arrive within a week and I got them a day later! Perfect size and I am super happy with my purchase. Will definitely be back ☺️

  Olivia is the most polite shoe sales lady ever.
  She is here by her serving three groups of people all at once is if it is no bother to her.
  I hope the manager reads this as Olivia offers genuine customer service, she can make sale faster than I can get a coffee.

  I bought a pair of low stiletto mules & the matching bag, that after 4 hours of wear the shoes had a broken strap. Disappointed to then return the shoes & receive $20 less than I paid for them when refunded. Poor form.
