- Luke Ryan Added December 25, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Receptionist was rude and unhelpful. Made a booking for 3pm but wasn't seen until 4pm, told the lady at reception who couldn't care less and was offered no apology what so ever.
Reception finally called doctor to tell him I had been wanting an hour and to see me, and blamed me on over the phone saying that I didn't come up to the counter, but I did.
Overall just a very unpleasant experience and although other experiences here for me in the past have been good, I think this experience is enough to ensure I never go back.
Appalling.
