Ive been.so used to the Rosebud store where its always beautifully presented and the staff are friendly and helpful. Have been into Cranbourne twice and havent found anything suitable was just rubbish your store needs a massive overhaul and friendlier staff.

You would think that a company such as rockmans would be much better with providing a better customer service.
The lady at the karingal store was a delight though and extremely helpful.
