  I purchased shoes at Platypus in South Wharf & arrived home with 2 lefts! The staff in the Frankston store could not have been more helpful. They arranged for return & a replacement pair to be delivered to my home at no cost to me. Excellent customer service.

  I was disappointed because I asked the salesperson if they were on sale tomorrow. She assured me No NEVER. However, the next day they were nearly $100 cheaper. It’s not the money, it’s the dishonesty. I wont shop there again. I will buy my Docs online.

  Didnt have what i wanted in stock, and despite the store being INSANE and only three staff on, the sales girl took half an hour to track down the right size from the closest location. She also put up with me darting off every 5 minutes because i had spotted something else that i liked and wanted to try on.
  Yes, i had to pay for the item before it could be transferred, but as someone who has done retail, the biggest pain in the a$$ was when people would get you to go to all that effort of transferring stock, then never showed up to pick it up. most stores carry a crazy amount of stock, so they last thing they want is to also be storing the stuff you couldn't be bothered picking up.
  Store was organised chaos, staff were incredibly friendly, and the service was spectacular. Maybe i caught them on a good day, maybe they have new staff, maybe i just went in with the right attitude and the staff responded accordingly, but regardless, i can't fault the service, and would highly recommend the frankston store. (which is saying something, considering how much i HATE going into actual stores- I'm online all the way)

  I never really order online and I don't normally leave reviews, however with current restrictions with covid19 I decided to bite the bullet on online ordering. I placed an order on Sunday night and received my order on Tuesday morning. Plus I had emails with updates of confirmation and where my order was throughout the process. This was a great service and am loving my new shoes... Much needed as I too work in retail and am always on my feet and I have put off buying new shoes for months. Well done to your team. I will not hesitate next time

  As an older person in a younger person's footwear shop, I was made to feel welcomed with good service and good advice. Also got a great pair of boomer shoes
