  Went there with a disabled friend for him to get the booster jab, ended up had to wait more than 2 hours behind the appointment time. Some people couldn't wait that long and cancelled their appointment at the sense, I was worring about those precious vaccine will be wasted at the end of the day and kindly asked the reception girl that I have made an appointment for the booster jab one week late, can I replace those cancelled appointment as I was there already and some people cancelled their appointment, but the reception girl looked like didn't understand what I was saying and just said" No!" with a blank face expression. I hope they didn't waste any vaccine at that day!

  Quiet,efficient, pleasant staff, well qualified doctors. Pathology and Pharmacy part of the complex. Excellent service.

  Went there for vaccination with my kids yesterday and it was a shambles. They were not following booking order and some people were forced to wait 1 hour, whilst others pretty much walked straight in. Through the long period we were waiting the vaccination staff clearly just spent time chatting with each other and otherwise wasting time wandering around the office.
  
  At a time when 1 in 25 Victorian has the virus - more care should be taken to ensure that Children are not uneccesarily exposed to the virus by leaving them sitting in the waiting room for long periods of time. Appalled with this practice.

  I don't appreciate the latent threat implied in your response. It may scare off some others from posting negative reviews of their factual experiences in your practice - however I shall not be so intimidated.

  If you are going to make an appointment for the Covid jab, I highly recommend to go to another place as we waited over an hour (with an appointment made) the place had no idea, after all that a unhelpful an unprofessional nurses Stephanie denied help with the paperwork then choose to lie an defame me stopping me from my basic human right the receptionist also were unhelpful and rude an have been on other occasions, I will be contacting the Health Complaints ombudsman Commissioner to try an resolve this with peaceful an out of court with a simple apology an take back the lie, so that I am able to get medical treatment like every other human is able, unfortunately if she wants to defame an lie she should be stood down an I have no choose but to file a defamation and human rights case, if you have trouble with learning or mental health 100% go to a place that cares an want to help and not lie an defame people because they think they are god with a flu shot
