    Seaford Beach is beautiful has a Cafe also toilets disabled parking and picnic area with a barbecue lovely walking track also . A WONDERFUL peir the beach is always clean

    Ordered and paid for a 3x4 meter rug as part of a larger furniture order on August 5th. The sofa and occasional chairs arrived on time.
    However, 4 months later the rug has still not arrived. Despite multiple phone calls to the store I’m still yet to receive a straight answer. Nobody seems to know where the rug is, and no solution has been offered.

    Worst customer service to date. Purchased a headboard and bed base back in March. Staff at the store were very upfront about manufacturing and shipping delays and gave an ETA of late July/ early August.
    My goods arrived first week of August and I was then told it could take up to 3-4 weeks for delivery. This has since been extended to mid September and still no word.
    Apparently one of the items has not been receipted into the warehouse despite being marked as delivered the first week of August.
    To be clear my goods have been sitting in an Australian warehouse for nearly 7 weeks.
    This is not a manufacturing or shipping delay, this is now complete warehouse incompetence and to keep hiding behind the catch phrase of ‘Covid backlog’ is disgusting.
    Who within Freedom management is taking responsibility for the complete mismanagement of the warehouse? Freedom are very happy to have my money which they told me to pay in June to avoid delivery delays, and I am still without my items nearly 3 months later.
    Absolute disgrace Freedom.

    I am jubilant to say a couple of weeks ago I got furniture I ordered at the end of April 2021. Yes! Surely I must have the record for longest wait time? 14 months? Despite being assured of a 4 week wait time initially, it kept on going and going. Like waiting for someone to kick a goal in soccer... I was told, "It's nearly here!!" Then it's not. But then the next week, "it's nearly here!" But then it's not. And so on. The staff here at Frankston tried and assured me I'll get a delivery refund. But I'm yet to see it and I have only tried once. It's a nightmare and it's the second time I've had delivery issues, I think it took a year for my couch to arrive?? I don't know how they can keep operating as a business.

    My first encounter with the store was with Georgia, she helped my partner and I, plus my 3 kids under 4, find a couch that was in stock and could be delivered in under a week.
    This is amazing considering all the other couches were not available until around jan.
    Second was with Emily over the phone, fantastic communication. She helped me buy a rug over the phone I was struggling to get online, gave me some advice on the look of the rug seeing as I had never seen it, only online.
    Mark who works in the warehouse was amazing. He helped me secure the rug to my car, and lent me straps.
    The level of service at this freedom is out standing.
    Everyone has been incredible.
    Highly recommend.
    I’ll also continue to shop here in the future because of these great experiences.

    Overpriced with staff doing anything but look after customers. Beyond frustrating trying to find prices. Got the impression that it’s assumed if you are shopping there, you can afford to not care what you’re paying. There were multiple discount bins and shelves marked “clearance” but with no prices to be found. Tried to ask staff but got told wrong department and to take photos and take them (and wait) to the register.

    I've been waiting 2 months for a lamp which I paid for in advance. I've called so many times to find out when I will get my lamp, but no one can give me a straight answer. I found out 3 weeks ago that there is stock in Sydney but communication is so bad that everyone is chasing everyone but no one is actually doing anything! I also bought bedside lamps on recommendation which were totally wrong for my bedroom decor. When I tried to returned them the staff member that was assisting me, just walked away leaving me standing there waiting while she laughed and joked with other customers. Obviously not a priority anymore! I am so very disappointed with the attitude of staff at Frankston. Will not buy there again.

    What a breath of fresh air Chloe from Freedom Frankston is! It's so refreshing to deal with someone who truly understands what customer service means and how this leads to customer loyalty. I had such a positive sales experience with her that will see my family return in future to this store.

    Ordered a variety of furniture items at the beginning of November 2020, with an ETA for delivery of the final item in January 2021.
    Contacted in January and was advised of a few week delay.
    Contacted in February and was told of an additional few weeks delay.
    Contacted in late March and was told "next week"
    Contacted early Apil and was told "next week"
    Called store today asking to cancel order, and was told it'd be an additional few weeks, and they wouldn't cancel our order without a 20% restocking fee.

    I suggested because they were unable to fulfill their order I'd have to consider a charge-back, and they accused me of threatening them.
    Freedom don't seem able to fulfill their obligations to their customers, and do not appear willing to resolve customer problems, suggest avoid for the foreseeable future.

    Poor delivery service. Better off hiring a trailer and picking it up from the warehouse yourself. $69 and my product sat in the warehouse for 4 weeks...
