  Love this place and the people in it. Respectful, helpful, masterful and full of heart. Sick and sore, issues galore, doesn't matter. I always leave feeling better than when I get there. More confident, more equipped, more proud. What a privelege to train under Billy. Krav Maga is the best thing I've started in my adult life. Never too late!

  I have been going to Energym close to 2 years now absolutely love this place. I can honestly say it is like my second home. Billy and Simone always go out of their way to help you. I am very happy to have found this place.

  Whether you are looking for a place to get fit, learn self defence, or are a parent and want your child to learn the importance of discipline and respect then Energym is the place for you.
  I started training in Karate and kickboxing at Energym when I was 6 years old, I am now 23 and the values Billy and Simone instilled in me have stayed with me throughout my life. I am certain I have grown up to be a better person because of the fantastic environment they have built together and the wonderful role models they are.

  Energym has the BEST aerobics instructor and the best classes you could find. There is nothing else like it at other gyms (I looked when I moved away and drive all the way back to Seaford just to go to this gym). I have been attending the same classes for over 16 years! Marianne is the BEST instructor you could find!
