- Leonie Barton Added June 11, 2018★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have had many lash and brow tints both overseas and in Australia and I have to say the young women at Frankston Ella Bache rate five stars with me. Their gentle, fast and caring technique has really impressed me. It's a real pleasure revisiting this salon.
- Dina Added October 08, 2017★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I was served by 1 staff member when another staff member came along to interfere, I think that isnt professional at all. Also this lead to me taking home incorrect products as I had a product demonstration and agreed to purchase those demonstrated products. Purchased heaps of products and spent alot of money. Another incident where I had several missed calls on my phone (from the 2nd staff member) to confirm an appointment which I had changed the time but when I called on the day to see if I could come in earlier the staff told me my appointment wasnt until an hour after my appointment time I had booked in - I confirmed the time several times on the phone yet it wasn't what was booked in.
I am so disappointed from the lack of customer service from the 2nd staff member, the 1st staff member was really helpful - due to this I would not go back.
