  I was a patient at this clinic for over ten years.
  
  Initially I experienced good service at a reasonable rate.
  
  However as time wore on, I noticed that every single year they increased their prices. It was no longer affordable to attend every six months.
  
  Simultaneous to this was a slip in service, and the amount of time that was spent with you.
  
  If I had a question about a problem or concern with my teeth I was given inadequate answers, and quickly ushered out the door after having been charged an exorbitant rate.
  
  I have twice had to attend another dentist to amend problems that occurred with my teeth after attending Beachside.
  
  Out of misguided loyalty I stuck with Beachside.
  
  Since then I have realised it is not the norm for dentists to increase their prices annually.
  
  Interestingly, I was astounded to discover that other dentists spend a SIGNIFICANTLY longer amount of time doing a clean and scale, with SIGNIFICANTLY better results.
  
  Consequently my teeth have been MUCH cleaner, so has my oral health since leaving Beachside and attending another dentist.
  
  My summary is that these dentists are preoccupied with increasing their wealth and squeezing as much money as they can out of their patients, which has compromised their ability to provide professional, caring or affordable service.
